We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

Tours Coordinators - Full Time, Office Based in Cheltenham

We're seeking experienced travel professionals with:

• Proven end to end tour planning, coordination, and delivery skills

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Strong numeracy and organisational capability

• Confidence handling suppliers and customer communication

• Additional languages (beneficial but not essential)

This is a varied, fast paced role delivering bespoke tours for groups and individual travellers. Salary and benefits will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

Placement Year Opportunity - Full Time | Office-Based in Cheltenham

Are you a UK university student looking for a rewarding and varied placement year? Join our Cheltenham based team and gain hands-on experience in the travel and tours sector.

This role is perfect for students studying Travel and Tourism or Business Studies.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting with supplier bookings and partner communications

• Supporting the planning and scheduling of tour itineraries

• Carrying out day to day administrative tasks

• Helping with tour logistics to ensure smooth delivery

What You'll Gain:

• Experience in a fast paced travel operations environment

• Development of key skills: organisation, communication, problem solving & teamwork

• Insight into the UK and international travel industry

What We're Looking For:

• Plenty of common sense and a proactive, 'can do' approach

• Strong organisation and time management skills
